At Mi-Home, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your electronic device, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Mi-Home account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure your return is eligible for processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
